General Terms and Conditions for Purchaser
These terms and conditions are an integral part of all contracts concluded with our suppliers and contractors (hereinafter uniformly referred to as "Supplier"), including current or future business relations. Any deviating agreements, in particular contradictory terms and conditions of our Suppliers, require our express written consent to become an integral part of a contract. This applies as well in the event of our taking receipt of supplies and/or services without expressly objecting to the terms and conditions of such Supplier.

Quality management guideline
In this quality management guideline, ISRINGHAUSEN GmbH & Co. KG describes the requirements on their suppliers. Furthermore, the guideline is to contribute to strengthening the suppliers’ obligation to supply error-free products.
